These are the terms and conditions governing the “ Fund your ICICI Bank account and get a free movie download “ (“Offer”), being made by ICICI Bank Limited, India (“ICICI Bank”) to customers who are eligible to avail the Offer (“Terms and Conditions”). |

| A. Offer Period: | |
| The Offer will open at 00:00 pm IST on 1 August and will close at 11:59 pm IST, on 31 August, 2010(“Offer Period”). Refer to the Section on ‘How to Enter’ for more details. | |
| B. How to enter: | |
| 1. By participating in the Offer, the customer agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions ( which may be amended or varied at any time by ICICI Bank with or without notice) and ICICI Bank’s decisions, shall be deemed to be final and binding in all matters relating pertaining to the Offer. All changes in the Terms and Conditions shall be posted on http://www.icicibank.com/nri (“Website“). | |
| 2. To participate in the Offer, the customer shall be required to open an FCNR under the following slabs | |
| “Open an FCNR created for a period of 390 days and above of value between USD 1600 to USD 6500 during the Offer Period and get one movie download or Open an FCNR created for a period of 390 days and above of value between USD 6500 to USD 10500 during the Offer Period and get two movie downloads or Open an FCNR created for a period of 390 days and above of value between USD 10500 upward and above during the Offer Period and get three movie downloads” | |
| C. Eligibility: | |
| 1. The Offer is valid only to the NRI account. Such customers who book FCNRs during the Offer Period (“Participant/s”) shall become eligible for availing the Offer. | |
| Other terms & conditions: | |
| 1. Under this Offer, upon compliance with the conditions mentioned above, the Participants shall be entitled to free movie downloads (" Gift ") from Big Flix Private Limited (“Vendor”) with whom ICICI Bank has an arrangement in relation to the Offer. | |
| 2. In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the Participant. | |
| 3. The Participants shall be rewarded with the Gift only after there is a successful booking of FCNR till 31 August, 2010 The Gift will be received within a period of 2 months of the end of the Offer Period . | |
| 4. The customer shall be eligible for a maximum of 3 movie downloads, irrespective of the amount and the number of deposits booked. | |
| 5. The Gift shall comprise of free movie downloads and the Participants will get a communication from ICICI Bank informing them about the Terms and Conditions. | |
| 6. The Gift is not a product of ICICI Bank therefore, ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation or warranty whatsoever in connection with any of the Gifts (including the quality thereof) or in connection with the timelines of their delivery conduct by the vendor and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the same. | |
| 7. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. | |
| 8. The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein are entirely voluntary and funding by any customer to avail of the Offer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer | |
| 9. The Gift enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and/ or non-negotiable. No cash or any other substitute shall be offered for the Gift. ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Gift offered under this Offer at any point of time without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Participant. | |
| 10. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. ICICI Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Gift to any Participant where such prohibition is applicable and or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. | |
| 11. ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate any participants of the award of the Gift hereunder. | |
| 12. In all matters relating to the Offer outlined hereunder, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. | |
| 13. The Offer shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai. | |

| 16. The vendor may impose additional terms and conditions for the use of the Gift, which shall apply to the use of the Gift in addition to these Terms and Conditions terms and conditions governing the usage of the FCNR accounts. | |
